LUPUS NEPHRITIS, A GREAT MIMICKER

Abstract

CASE PRESENTATION
A 21-year-old woman presented with a 2-week history of fever, associated with anorexia and bilateral eye swelling. She had a history of dengue fever and herpes zoster infection, occurring 4 months and 2 months prior to this presentation, respectively. On examination, she was febrile, lethargic, and had bilateral periorbital oedema.
